Drop-ChIP

Drop-ChIP was developed by Assaf Rotem, Oren Ram and Noam Shoresh in the labs of David Weitz and Bradely Bernstein. Using Drop-Based Microfluidics, The chromatin fragments of single cells are tagged with genetic barcodes unique to each cell prior to conventional ChIP-Seq. After sequencing, the genetic labels tagging each fragment are used to associate the fragments to their cell of origin.
