OTU table generated using QIIME v1.8.0 pick_closed_reference_otus.py and Greengenes (Oct 2012) as a reference can be downloaded here. The metadata table can be download here.
16S rRNA gene amplicon sequence data can be downloaded using the data table below. The data are paired-end sequences of V4 region of the gene generated using Illumina HiSeq 2500 Platform. Each file is named with the subject id and the age of sampling (in months), e.g., E000823_1.8.fna.gz is 16S sequencing of the sample taken from subject E000823 at age 1.8 months.
