  Supplementary figure: Identification of MYC targets with Myeloid Differentiation Data The genes monitored in the myeloid differentiation experiments were sorted based on their similarity to myc in terms of expression levels as described in Materials and Methods. For each gene, whether its level increased in the third conditional MYC experiment was used as an indicator of whether it is a MYC target. At each nearest neighbor k, the fraction of all genes from 1 to k that increased in the third conditional MYC experiment is plotted against k.
